Launch Schedule:  

6pm galleries open 
6.30 - 7pm speeches in the Library Cafe Gallery  

8.00pm close 

Please offer seating to people who need it. If you need seating and there is none, please ask a member of the team. 
Non-alcoholic refreshments will be available in the Library Gallery  

There will be a photographer at the launch event.  

 
Getting to Summerhall and accessibility:  
Disabled access is via the courtyard and there is lift access to all floors.

Busy: The launch evening will be busy. If you need to take some time out, we suggest that you visit the Summerhall courtyard. This is not a private area, but it is outside and may give you a break from the launch busyness.   
 
Additional needs: If there is anything we can do to make the launch event accessible to you or your guests then we will do our very best to make them possible. Please get in touch with Steph with any questions and with requests before the 14th of October.
